We noticed a problem of DMA work with the AppearTV driver: AppearTV X20 Platform ver 1.2.4.12
We can’t read and edit the information of table DUAL IP OUTPUT- INPUT Redundancy for parameter SOURCE LABEL from AppearTV X20 via DMA as below :
We can’t read and edit the information of table DUAL IP OUTPUT- INPUT Redundancy for parameter BACKUP INPUT SOURCE from AppearTV X20 via DMA as below :
Is this a driver AppearTV or DMA problem ?
Do I need to set something in the GENERAL PARAMETERS –>DATAMINER CONNECTIVITY FRAMEWORK menu?
Where could be the problem ?

This seems to be a pure connector problem regarding the Appear X20. DMA version should be unrelated as well as the General Parameters/DataMiner connectivity Framework.
There is a higher version of the connector available however: 1.2.4.22 (https://catalog.dataminer.services/details/connector/5412 – versions tab). Would it be possible to verify if you notice the same behaviour with the latest version? If the issue would still be present in this version, please reach out to your Skyline contact so a fix can be scheduled and implemented.
