IDP Rack Visio – Loading

I have some elements assigned to a rack visual, but the Visual Overview shows ‘Loading…’ but not the containing elements.
How can I debug why it fails to load the elements

Hi Jeroen,

You can check the steps mentioned in this answer by Sebastiaan to check which shape is failing to load.

Depending on the shape and its conditions it could be apparent what is the cause, but if this is not the case feel free to reach out to support.data-acquisition@skyline.be to assist you in understanding the inner workings of IDP

Hi Joao, in my case it then just shows
‘Loading Cancelled, remaining loading shapes:’

And now they load without a problem.
Not sure what happened there, but thanks for the advice.
