How can I implement a dynamic context menu where the values of one context menu parameter depend on the value of another?

I.e. context menu exists of 2 necessary parameters:
1) CM parameter 1 is category name -> provided with a dynamic discreet of available categories
2) CM parameter 2 is the sub category -> provided with a dynamic discreet of which the content depends on the selected category (parameter 1)
