Avi Vantage delivers multi-cloud application services including a Software Load Balancer, Intelligent Web Application Firewall (iWAF), and Elastic Service Mesh. The Avi Vantage platform helps ensure a fast, scalable, and secure application experience. 

An integration of this platform is now available in the DataMiner Catalog. With the VMWare AVI Vantage Controller connector, you will be able to see cluster information, monitor health of virtual services, pools and servers, and view other metrics like throughput, requests per second, connections per second, and more. 

USE CASE DETAILS

On the General page, you can check basic cluster information and specify the user credentials to connect with the Avi Vantage platform.

On the Virtual Metrics page, you can find the metrics for all virtual services configured for all tenants you have access to.

The Pools page contains two tables, one listing all pool metrics and another listing all pool servers and their metrics.

This example illustrates how you can compare trending for two servers in the same pool to analyze if the configured server policy is being applied and check what the load of the servers has been over time.

This example shows a dashboard that makes use of the metrics collected by the connector. With the dashboard feeds, you can switch from one virtual service to another.
