Densitron Control Panel integration

Need to control your DataMiner System with HW panels? This use case illustrates how combining our Low-Code Apps with Densitron Control Panels results in a highly tailored user interface.

In this example, a hybrid Densitron panel is used that comes with physical buttons and an LCD screen to combine XY signal switching in an ST2110 environment with an embedded video decoder coming from a Bridgetech VB440 IP probe.

USE CASE DETAILS

On the left, XY signal switching is available to control an ST2110 environment via DataMiner. Whenever you select a destination button, the connected source gets routed to a VB440 IP probe. Via its built-in Widglet API, the video can easily be displayed on the panel.

Full-motion and color-accurate video with close to zero latency.

Management of ST2110 signal groups (video, audio, ANC data) is as simple as controlling an SDI router.

Densitron panels are available as an X86 platform. You can simply create a DataMiner low-code app and run it on the panel. The possibilities are almost endless.

For this application, a DataMiner web component was used to embed the video, and a grid component was used to create the buttons with the necessary logic to route ST2110 signals via DataMiner's SDN control capabilities.
