Visio – Is there a way to build a clock wall with different time zones?

I see there is a [DataMinerTime] placeholder for displaying the server time.  I'd like to build something like this however.  Is there a way to feed an offset to this shape in order to display different time zones?

That example is nice, however if you want to display UTC and for instance Amsterdam & London, than we have to keep track of the BST/GMT  CEST/CET and the dates they switch over. It is possible to have an date/time placeholder where you can set the timezone to follow?
