Is it currently possible to get the headers (e.g the user-agent header) of the http request from the ApiTriggerInput object?

Hi Tim, this is currently not possible and there are no plans to add this in the near future, all data from the ApiTriggerInput object is listed in the Defining a new API page in the documentation.
