Triggering IAS from element via LCA leads to script not attaching

Hello Dojo,

I have a driver that triggers an IAS by pressing a button, it works when I test it on Cube, but when I try to run it from LCA or the web monitoring app, the script does not attach at all. I'm wondering if anybody else has had this issue.

Thank you,

Bauti

Hi Bauti

An interactive client can only be located and attached through Cube. This isn’t supported when the trigger comes from a web app.

If you’re working in a web application, you’ll need to launch the interactive script directly rather than relying on the client‑lookup mechanism.

Kind regards

Peter
