Even after killing the slement.exe process I am not able to open cube. I will mention that I am able to access the dms through the client test tool.

Hi Curtis,

When an RTE occurs, the best approach is to collect a log package that includes a memory dump of the affected process and report it to TechSupport.

Please note that SLElement is a critical process of DataMiner. Killing this process will cause the agent to shut down, which explains why you’re unable to connect to Cube or the Client Test Tool.

If this is still the case, i.e., the agent is still down, I recommend attempting to restart the agent using the taskbar utility.

Should the DMA still fail to come back online, please reach out to TechSupport for further assistance.
