We have an alarm on a TAG, which we need to de-sensitize.
However, we cannot see the alarm in the alarm template.
We are unable to change the alarms on the TAG itself.
Can we switch off or change the alarm parameter in the alarm template.
Can we do a NOT command in the filter so that it filters out this alarm please?

Hi Mark, good to find you here ! It seems this alarm comes from the Channel Events Overview table, could you please show your alarm template for this set of parameters (all items including those not monitored) ?
If an alarm is shown by Dataminer, it is necessarily because a threshold defined in the alarm template was reached.
In particular, from your alarm it seems to me that the following threshold is at stake :
