Shared Dashboard access issue

I am trying to access a Shared Dashboard provided by external company.

I’m getting the following Authentication error when I attempt to log-in to the services page with my Microsoft credentials.

I have restarted my browser, hit ‘logout’ and tried to log back in. Same result. I even restarted my laptop.  Any ideas?

Hi,

Typically this error occurs when your systems' time is out of sync with the time used by the authentication servers. You can check if your time is in sync by navigating to https://time.is/ and looking at the top-left corner. A small discrepancy of less than a minute can already lead to failed attempts for security reasons.
You can usually re-sync it by disabling and enabling the automatic time sync on your system.

Kind regards,
