Hello everyone,
I've been going through the training videos, but I'm finding it challenging to fully grasp how everything connects—especially when it comes to developing a driver from scratch. I’m particularly struggling with understanding how APIs are integrated (HTTP Encoders), as well as the role of QActions and tables in the overall development process.
I’d love to get advice on how to properly approach driver development and gain a deeper understanding of these components. Additionally, if there are any training sessions that cover the full end-to-end process—starting from the manual and walking through development, especially the precompiled part—I’d be very interested in attending.
Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated
Hi Maya,
As Hideyuki mentioned, there are plenty of online materials available to help you get started (Learning → Courses).
Additionally, you might consider applying for the DataMiner Open Training Program:
Open training - DataMiner Dojo
This program isn't free, but it's a valuable investment in your expertise. It provides hands-on experience, expert guidance, and structured learning, which can significantly accelerate your progress compared to self-study.
If you're serious about mastering DataMiner, this training can give you a strong foundation and make you more effective in your role.
Let me know if you’d like more details!
Kind regards,
Hi Jose,
Can the program be online as I can see its in different countries as travelling wont be feasible. If so, I would like more details on it. Thank you!
