When using the "Reports and Dashboards" app we noticed that we are not able to retrieve the history alarm count.
If we check the "Alarms" tab, everything seems correct:
However, checking the "History", no alarms are found:
Could this be related to the fact that these services are "Enhanced Services", thus DataMiner will look for alarms of this element, and as no alarm template is assigned to these services, no matches are found?
Disclaimer: I know this app is EOL and that we can achieve this through the new Dashboards app (in fact, we have already successfully tried it). Nevertheless, we would like to know if this is the expected behavior, or if some configuration is missing.

I'm also able to reproduce it. When I specify a "parameter name filter", then it does return the alarms (matching the filter), but without filter it returns none.
This is clearly a software issue. You can create a task on Collaboration if you want to see this fixed.
