Hi all,

I am creating an Alarm using a Relative type for NETWORK IN/OUT DATA RATE and PACKET IN/OUT DATA RATE as shown as below:

However, until now (already 3 days), there is no alarm happening, as shown as below:

In the ELEMENT BASELINE DETAILS Windows, we can see as below (notice the Baseline Value somehow not appearing.. i don't know why)

Hence, may I know what is the issue that causing the relative alarm to be not alarming.

p.s: When I change the type from Relative to Normal, there is an alarm, but when I change back to Relative, the alarm is not alarming.
