Redundancy groups and DVEs

I tried to add an element that has DVEs into a redundancy group and was not able to do it. After disabling DVE creation, I was able to add the element into the redundancy group, so I assume that elements with DVEs are not supported in redundancy groups.

Can anyone confirm this and if so, are there plans to support this?

Hi Joshua,

According to our documentation (Dynamic virtual elements | DataMiner Docs), elements that allow DVE creation cannot be part of a redundancy group:

However, you can create redundancy groups with the child elements (DVEs) that belong to the parent element.
