We have the PING-driver implemented and this generates to much alarm and e-mail notificationd. Over which parameter can we adjust the "sharpness" of the alarms and reduce the amount of e-mails?
Sorry for this user relateted question. Probably there is some learning video - a link to the right video should be fine for me.

Hello Stefan,
You can change the alarm levels so you generate less alarms.
If you experience small drops that don't take long you can add some Hysteresis on on the alarmed parameter. See my screenshot below.
This setting will create the alarm after it is present for 10 seconds.
If these options aren't an option, we will need to indeed dig into your email alert settings.
