Hi All,
A client has reported an issue accessing their production cluster via Cube, receiving an error message indicating that they are unable to connect. I've attached a screenshot of the error message for your reference.
Could you help me with this problem and offer any insights or solution?
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Jardel
Hi,
I'm afraid the error message doesn't quite help us identify what could potentially be going wrong. Please make sure the requirements as documented are all met (Accessing your DMS remotely with DataMiner Cube | Requirements) and that the connection to dataminer.services is healthy (green status on https://dataminer.services/). If it isn't, you can troubleshoot these by following the docs: Check the status on dataminer.services.
I would suggest contacting tech support (techsupport@skyline.be) with information about which organization and DMS this concerns for a more tailored support response if the requirements are all met but the issues persist.
Kind regards,
Hi Alexander, I appreciate your time and guidance. I have already forwarded the issue to support and they asked me about the requirements and we are in contact.
Initially, the Dataminer version does not meet the requirements, as it is version 10.2.10, which does not support GRCP connections or API Gateway.
Thanks again for you support. BR, Jardel
