Hi,
I'm trying to update our staging environment to 10.4.6 in preperation of an production upgrade. however i got an BPA fail which already failed (and fixed) when upgrading to 10.4.3:
- Prerequisite VerifyNoLegacyReportsDashboards.dll failed: The system contains one or more legacy reports or legacy dashboards which might still be used. Either delete those first, or activate the soft-launch flag to keep on using the Legacy Reports and Dashboards. See https://aka.dataminer.services/VerifyNoLegacyReportsDashboards for more info.
Current version we are running is DataMiner (10.4.3.0-14001) so the reports and dashboards isn't available any more.
How can i resolve this stand-off with my staging?
Hi Gerwin,
To view any dashboards or reports you may still have in your system you may temporarily enable the LegacyReportsAndDashboards soft-launch option and check the modules.
After deleting what you don't need you may remove the flag again and the upgrade should work.
