I'm trying to update our staging environment to 10.4.6 in preperation of an production upgrade. however i got an BPA fail which already failed (and fixed) when upgrading to 10.4.3:
- Prerequisite VerifyNoLegacyReportsDashboards.dll failed: The system contains one or more legacy reports or legacy dashboards which might still be used. Either delete those first, or activate the soft-launch flag to keep on using the Legacy Reports and Dashboards. See https://aka.dataminer.services/VerifyNoLegacyReportsDashboards for more info.
Current version we are running is DataMiner (10.4.3.0-14001) so the reports and dashboards isn't available any more.
How can i resolve this stand-off with my staging?

You either delete the old reports and dashboards (C:\Skyline DataMiner\reports\),
or you add and enable the soft launch option "LegacyReportsAndDashboards" (for each DMA).

I was facing the same issue while upgrading from 10.3.7.0 -> 10.4.5.0. I added the LegacyReportsAndDashboards soft launch option(since we don't want to delete existing dashboards), ran the Configure IIS file as per documentation and restarted DMA. I still see the same error when trying to upgrade.
I was looking for a solution in Dojo and found this. I could start a new question if necessary. Please advice.
