Since I upgrade my cluster in V10.2.2.0, I'm no more able to retrieve a report in PDF. I have the message below.
I also tried to recreate a new report but the issue remains.

In 10.2.1 (and also the upcoming 10.2.0 main release) we introduced a new rendering engine for the PDF. This has been tested on our internal systems and we detected no issues. I tested it now also specifically on the 10.2.2 release, but it works here.
To find the issue at your side, I think we will need to investigate it on your system. Maybe the log files of SLNet or SLHelper might reveal more information. Can you contact techsupport?
