There’s no email distribution list to subscribe on.
Our Community blog however does have a built in RSS feed.
Every new feature release an article is posted along with it on said blog detailing the latest additions and improvements that said update brings.

Whilst this blog does not have a post for when a new main release cumulative update is released, this does happen on the same monthly basis and usually coincides with the release of the month’s feature release.
