On my local DataMiner, I recently started seeing an IP address configuration issue. My local IP address sometimes changes, impacting my DataMiner startups. I managed to resolve this by updating DMS.xml and SLCloud.xml files manually.
I understand that including the loopback address in DMS.xml resolves this issue; however, I still see the issue where I need to make these changes manually.
Can you suggest improving the config so that I don't need to change IP addresses in the config manually? Of course, I can reserve a fixed IP address for my device on my router, but I want to see whether the DataMiner configuration can manage this.
