LCA is not syncing on the second DMA when deploying a solution that contains a LCA in the Package Content.
The LCA works as expected on the DMA where I deploy the solution but on the other DMA I get this error (screenshot).
A workaround is to edit and save the app on the node where it was deployed, this syncs the app on the other node.
I am using version 3.3.0 of the Skyline.DataMiner.Core.AppPackageInstaller NuGet.
I've tried this in various Dataminer versions 10.5 - 10.6.

That's indeed a known issue which should have been fixed on RN44202. (DataMiner web apps Feature Release 10.6.2 | DataMiner Docs)
Could you check if this version solves the issue on your end?
I tried it again, after deleting everything to start clean and it worked.

I tried it on a DaaS with version 10.6.2 and I'm still experiencing issues on the node where it wasn't deployed.
