Is there a simple way of finding out which agent a user is connected to on the Cube interface?

Hi community,

Is it possible to easily know in Cube interface on which agent a user is connected. For now, it seems the information is not available for example on this page.

Is the information only available via information events?

Thanks

Users logging in and out generates information events, which you could perhaps track to keep an overview, since it contains the DMA.

On system center, there also an Activity tab for each individual user where you can find this information. The IP will only be added in case the DMS is a cluster, but if not then the IP is always known anyway. In this case, I'm however not sure how to request this in an automated way.

Hi Yvan,

You should be able to see to which agent you are connected by navigating to System Center > Agents

The agent with the 'I' icon will be the one you are connected to.

Additional info :
I want to find for all users the info.
The objective is, for example, if all users are connected on the same DMA it could explain a CPU load increase on this specific agent.
Thanks

I am unaware of an easy way to have an overview for all users.
It should be possible to query the connected users of each DMA in an automation script but I do not think it is possible out of the box.
