Hi all!

On my DMA server I have a local account that I'm trying to use to be the connection to the dataminer configuration archive. It has the correct permissions to the folder & has permission to log on as a service - but I still keep getting the followng error:

2025/11/12 11:51:52.851|SLManagedScripting.exe|ManagedInterop|ERR|0|21728|38|QA201|Login|Logon of user: MRPRK07DM1AP\DataMinerElement failed: (0x569) Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer

What else can I try?

Hi Amber,

It looks like a user permission issue on windows level.
Please double check that the user that is configured for the Dataminer Configuration Archive in the IDP Configuration page has the necessary rights on Windows level to access and write to the configured folder.  E.g. you can make that user part of the Administrator group on windows level.  That should grant the user the necessary permissions and get rid of this error.

Hope this helps!
