Hi Dojo,

According to the documentation Overview of the files found in the root folder | DataMiner Docs the Hyperlinks.xml file is supposed to synchronize across the cluster.

However, after modifying this file and using System Center > Tools > Synchronization to explicitly sync the file within the cluster, it is not synchronizing with the other DMAs. I found the following error in SLDMS:

2024/10/18 10:57:26.079|SLDMS.exe 10.4.2343.16222|16264|21536|CSystem::HandleFileChangedByDMA|ERR|-1|Ignoring sync request (not implemented): ‪C:\Skyline DataMiner\Hyperlinks.xml

This error seems to indicate that the synchronization for this file is not implemented. Could you please confirm whether the Hyperlinks.xml file is indeed intended to sync across the cluster? If so, could you advise on how to resolve this synchronization issue?

Hi, I'm having a similar problem. Was this ever resolved/answered? Thanks 🙂

Hi Dojo team, especially Carys,

I managed to resolve the issue by manually forcing a sync of the file using ClientTestTool. Here’s what I did:

  1. Opened the ClientTestTool.
  2. Connected to the DMA containing the hyperlink.xml file.
  3. Navigated to Advanced > Force Sync to initiate the sync.
