How to get Alarm Description from a correlated alarm?

I found the following doc on the parsing the correlated Alarm info.

But this does not contain the description as shown in the alarm console.
What is the best way to retrieve this?

Although I'm not totally sure about this being the absolute best solution, we had a similar use case in our team and the only solution we found was to request the alarm information separately via a GetAlarmDetailsMessage by using the DmaId, ElementId and AlarmId, which you can find in the correlation alarm info.
