Failed to install DataMiner APIGateway, UserDefinableApiEndpoint, FieldControl

I'm trying to upgrade my local DataMiner agent

from: DataMiner (10.3.0.0-12822)

to: DataMiner (10.3.9.0-13293)

to be able to use the User-Defined API feature, however I keep getting the following errors:

The indicated logfiles don't help me much further finding the root cause:
