Hi, what is the supported/recommended way to export Dashboards that have been created from one DMA environment to another? Currently we have gone through the process of creating and validating a set of Dashboards in staging and would like to move them over to Production.
Apart from moving from one environment to another, exporting would also be useful in the context of backing up what has been created.
There's no easy way to do this at the moment. You could copy over the dashboard JSON files (stored in C:\Skyline DataMiner\Dashboards) to another DMA, but you might have to manually edit them (replace any DMA IDs, element IDs, etc) stored in those JSON files. The dashboards could also make use of references to dashboard themes that are not available or are different on another DMA.
Regarding backups, it is possible to include dashboards in a DataMiner backup in Cube System Center.
