Delete Dashboard (created by different user)

Hi Dojo,

we currently ran into an issue where we have an old user that is not in the system anymore that created a Dashboard in the past but we are not able to delete the Folder or Dashboard in the Dashboard App. What would be the correct workflow to clean that up ?

Thanks in advance!

Best regards
Manuel

Hi Manuel,

have you tried out with the Administrator account to delete the dashboards?

Thanks Stefan,
with the Administrator account it works. However since it’s getting more common that the system Administrator account is disabled to harden the server it would be great if that would be also possible for users added to the Administrator group to delete all Dashboards.
