Hi everyone,

I'm currently installing a new DataMiner system running 10.5 but the client does not want to use STaaS so we have Cassandra on a separate Linux server.

I want to know in database settings why is it that I can only see MySQL in database settings

Hi Zean,

You are looking at the data offload tab.
See Offloading data | DataMiner Docs for more info.

You are probably looking for the General tab instead.

Which db is the dma currently running? What was it installed with?

Ive done a clean install with 10.5 and then we have Cassandra on a Linux server that is separate. I've added all the details for Cassandra like Name, Server IP, username and Password for Cassandra but since first login I can only select MySQL and there is two MySQL options.

So you provided the cassandra details in the installation wizard correct? In that case it should be running cassandra already.

What are you trying to configure next?

Can you post a screenshot of what you see in Cube?
