Dashboards stopped populating historical data whilst running SLCCMigrator tool

While running the SLCCMigrator tool, we observed that Dashboards stopped populating historical data. This behavior was not present prior to the Cassandra migration process and Cube still gathered this information okay. We need to understand whether this is expected behavior?  This was during the migration phase, and we are yet to finalise the migration.

Hi Paul,

I assume you have a dashboard showing alarm data?
If this assumption is correct this is a known issue and is fixed by General Main Release 10.4.0 CU7 | DataMiner Docs in DataMiner versions 10.3.0 [CU19], 10.4.0 [CU7] and 10.4.10.

All data should have ended up fine in the new database, but isn't present anymore in the old one.

If my assumption wasn't correct feel free to provide additional context but it might be worth contacting TechSupport for this.

Kind regards,
Xander
