Cube update

Hi all,

I have a need for cube launcher update as the issue we experienced in the version we use [10.5.2] was reported as fixed in the version 10.6.2.

I went through the docs and found this page, according to what the cube should automatically update itself, or we can run "Check for updates". The other configurable setting is "Cube update track" for which I tried both available options.

However, when I go to the cube about, I get the current and available version

and the Check for updates shows this

Is there anything I am missing in the process, or the feature from the docs is malfunctioning?

Hi Alija,

Your understanding is fully correct, but DM10.6.2 is not released yet, it's planned for 23th of January.

Thanks for the answer Matthijs.
I still find it confusing that update is not available while latest cube version is greater than the current installed, but at least now I know that I should rely on the scheduled releases.

The Launcher and Cube are 2 separate things, your about window shows the launcher version and the highest version of Cube that is installed on your PC (as you can have multiple versions). As the check for updates windows says, your currently installed highest version is the latest available.
