Hi Community,

I have a correlation rule that is triggered when a service has an alarm. Is it possible to have the name of the service included in the subject of the email?

Hi Trong,

When triggering an email via correlation, the subject can in fact contain placeholders. However, the serviceimpact:text, which represents the names of the affected services, is not available in correlation.
