Copying Spectrum Presets

Is there a way to copy spectrum presets across to another DMA that is not in the original DMS? Would copying the latest .dat file in the users spectrum presets folder across work?

Hi Chris,

Copying the spectrum preset data files for a specific spectrum protocol from the users spectrum presets folder would work. Simply reopening the spectrum element card should suffice to show the copied presets.

That being said, be careful for preset content !  The preset contains references to e.g. measurementpoint ID which should exist on the target DMA as well. In case of protected presets, the user for which the preset is protected should exist on the target DMA.

Kind regards,

Karl
