Hi,

I need to create an IP Input on a DCM, I can see the context menu to add DVB/ASI inputs to the Input TS table, but I can't find where to add an IP input.

Thanks,

Hi Ross,

I had a look at the connector and the currently implemented functionality related to IP inputs. There are some limitations at the moment that prevent fully creating and/or modifying the IP address for an IP input directly from the Input TS table. A task has already been created to rework and improve this area in a future connector version.

In the meantime, if your intention is to add an IP input stream for which the signal is already present and can be received by the DCM, you can do so by adding an appropriate IGMP join entry in the IGMP Settings table. Once the IGMP join is configured and the stream is successfully received, the corresponding transport stream input should automatically appear in the Input TS table.

Hope this helps.
