Choose agent for IDP Discovery action?

Hi all,

Say we have a DMS/cluster, with multiple agents that each only have access to a subset of devices. Is it possible in IDP to select an agent on which the Discovery action should be executed. I noticed it was possible for the Provisioning action. Also, what is the default agent the Discovery action is executed?

Hi Stijn,

That is currently not possible with IDP.

IDP will allow you to create the element in a specific agent but there is currently no support to decide where the discovery originates.

It will always be done by the agent hosting the IDP solution elements.
