I have the following alarm:
"Unexpected exception while initializing ModelHostManager: DataMinerMessageBroker.API.Exceptions.SessionException: Unable to create connection with endpoints ... ---> NATS.Client.NATSConnectionException: timeout"
I have checked the system, and all seems good: NATS are running and their logs don't have an error, the DMA is connected to the DB and communicating well with the other agents of the cluster.
Also, I don't have the ModelHost DxM.
What is the meaning of this error and how can I solve it?
DataMiner ModelHost is responsible for downloading and updating the Relation Learning model calculated in the cloud. This model contains information about which parameters in your DataMiner system are related, and is used in Automatic Incident Tracking and the light-bulb in the top right corner of the trend graph.
I'm not exactly sure why you are getting this error if ModelHost is not installed, but there is likely no effect beyond a slightly degraded Automatic Incident Tracking and the light bulb not working correctly.
