Requirements
Each trainee is required to bring a personal laptop with Microsoft Visio and the Microsoft .NET 4.7.2 Framework installed.
Please note that during the training, we will be enabling macros in Microsoft Visio. If you are unable to enable macros, please check with your system administrator to ensure you have the required access.

If you’re staying at Parkhotel Izegem or Mercure Roeselare and don’t have access to a car, our shuttle service can transport you to and from the training venue. Pick-up times are scheduled 30 minutes before the training starts and immediately following its conclusion (4:00 PM – 4:30 PM).

Fly to Brussels Airport (BRU). Upon arrival, you have the option to travel to Izegem via taxi, car rental, or train.

Train
The train ride from Brussels Airport to Izegem takes around 2–2.5 hours. A one-way second-class ticket costs €26.
