Official contest rules – "Win a free Kanban Workshop"

Participation

To participate, entrants must complete the online contest form before June 16, 2025 at 23:59 CET and answer the following question correctly: What are the four key Kanban metrics you’ll learn in the workshop, according to the website? 

Only one entry per person is allowed. 

Participation is on an individual basis, but the prize is awarded to a team. 

Eligibility

The prize is valid for a team of minimum 3 and maximum 8 participants. 

The participant confirms that the team will be available to attend the workshop within 3 months of the announcement of the winner. 

Prize

The winner will receive a free, one-day, in-person Kanban workshop for a team of up to 8 people, with a value of €1680. 

The winner can choose between: 

• Attending the workshop at the organizer’s office in Izegem, Belgium. 

• Hosting the workshop at their own company location.

If hosted in Izegem: Travel and lodging costs for the participants are at the expense of the winner. 

If hosted at the winner’s location: Travel and lodging costs for the trainer are at the expense of the winner. 

Winner selection

All correct entries received by the deadline will be included in a raffle. 

The winner will be randomly selected on June 17, 2025, and contacted by email the same day. 

If the winner does not respond within 5 working days, a new winner may be drawn. 

Publicity & consent

By entering, the winner agrees that photos may be taken during the workshop. 

These photos may be used by the organizer for promotional and marketing purposes (e.g., social media, website).

The winner will be asked to sign a photo and media release form prior to the workshop. 

The email address provided will also be used to send marketing communications regarding other trainings, events, and product updates. 

Entrants can manage their communication preferences at any time or fully unsubscribe via the provided links in any marketing email. 

General conditions

The prize is non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and must be redeemed within 3 months of announcement. 

The organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if unforeseen circumstances arise. 

By entering, participants agree to these rules and to the decisions of the organizer, which are final.
