Definition

I am participating in opportunities where DataMiner is a subset of the full system offering (e.g. DataMiner + technology from brand X).

I am supporting the deployment of a large and growing ecosystem of DataMiner and third-party applications that accelerates the ability to build client solutions.

I am supporting the build of a library of standard DataMiner solutions that can be re-used across the offered service lines to accelerate the development of client solutions.

Typically, I am not supplying DataMiner technical integration services

Prerequisites & rules

I have a valid active NDA.

I have a valid active Partner Agreement.

Optional, when I supply first-line support activities I have at least 2 valid operator and 2 valid administrator certifications.

DataMiner bookings go via my company.

I am responsible for the administrative handling process and the conditions.

I support that extensions on ordered projects are considered new opportunities.

I support that validation of 'registered' opportunities is managed solely by the Skyline Partner Success Manager.

Not applicable to registered opportunities, unless stated otherwise on a case-by-case basis.
