Reseller Benefits

Definition

I am buying and reselling DataMiner at a given transfer price.
I can work in conjunction with a consultant, system integrator or solutions provider to secure a deal.
I am not obliged to have an in-depth technical knowledge of DataMiner capabilities.

Prerequisites & rules

I have a valid active NDA.
I have a valid active Partner Agreement.
DataMiner bookings go via my company.
As a reseller, I take care of the administrative handling process.
I am not involved in technical pre-sales, deployment of services, training, and/or SLA service deliveries.
I support that extensions on ordered projects are considered new opportunities.
I support that validation of 'registered' opportunities is managed solely by the Skyline Partner Success Manager.
