Agile Fundamentals Training

Agile Fundamentals Training

Do you want to keep investing in improving yourself and your team? If you believe in continuous improvement, then this new Agile Fundamentals training is for you. This new training is designed to equip you with the agility needed to thrive in a complex and ever-changing environment.

Why Agile Fundamentals?

Our Agile Fundamentals training is not just a theoretical course; it’s a hands-on experience that prepares you for real-world challenges. Here are some key highlights:

  • Differences between waterfall and agile and when to apply which.
  • A fundamental understanding of the two most popular implementations of agile: Scrum and Kanban.
  • Iterations? Increments? Iterative increments??
  • Collaborating as a team to achieve something more valuable than the sum of the individuals.

What do the trainees themselves say about this training?

A huge shoutout to our recent trainees! They’ve truly been put into action, with some describing the experience as a “trial by fire 🔥” but also praising it for providing “applicable knowledge”, fostering “team spirit with no judgment”, offering “useful insights learned”, encouraging “nice collaboration with other trainees”, and it being “fun to learn this way”.

They have been asked to leave their comfort zone many times and we’re very appreciative that they had the courage to do so—because that is where the most valuable learning happens.

One of the standout activities nominated by the trainees was the “Logo Exercise”. In this hands-on exercise, trainees spent 20 minutes creating a logo using the waterfall method, followed by another 20 minutes creating a different logo using agile principles. Both tasks were challenged by an equally demanding customer who changed requirements late in the development process. Do you see the link with your own reality? I’d ask you to guess which results came from which part of the exercise, but it’s too obvious! (If not, please register asap. 😉)

Not familiar with this scoring system? The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a widely used metric to gauge customer satisfaction. It is calculated by asking respondents to rate their likelihood of recommending a product or service. Scores are then categorized as follows:
