I am using Dataminer v10.1 and Cisco Manager driver v 5.1.5.1 to poll a Cisco C9300-48T switch.
I am getting some information, but the "general" tab info is not populated. Anyone have a work around for this?

Hi Craig, the Cisco Manager driver will combine data extracted through various protocols available on the product (HTTP, SNMP, CLI), and most of the data in the General tab is coming through SNMP. Do you confirm that SNMP is working correctly (port 161 open, R/W community strings correct) ?
It would help to show the Stream Viewer for this element (in the surveyor, right click on the element >> View >> StreamViewer) and post a screenshot here.

Hi Craig, as the driver seems to respond properly, it may be due to a mismatch between your driver version and the FW installed on the switch, you probably want to look at the Catalog for a different version.
Hi Jonathan. Thank You for getting back. Are you talking a FW version of the switch, or Cisco Manager Driver? I have the latest Driver, and the switch is pretty up to date with it’s IOS. (16.12.4)
Hello, Worked with my support team and discovered that the LITE Protocol SNMP was the cause of truncated results. Thought I would share for anyone else who might be experiencing the same.
