ERROR- Unable to set the security parameters

Hi,

We have imported several elements into a new DMA, however we are unable to start them and the StreamViewer is empty. After going through the logs, I can see the error “Unable to set the security parameter” for each of the imported elements.

What could I check in order to troubleshoot this issue?

Here’s a brief snippet of the error I see in the SLSNMPManager.txt log:

Thanks in advance,

Carlos

Hi Carlos,

Can you check if the elements require credentials to be configured on the element?
If they do, can you try re-configuring them?
