This is currently not possible with the current state of the software. Although I believe this would be a nice addition to the framework: be able to customize the title through actions. Your use case could even be implemented as default behavior.

I'll update this post whenever this feature would become available.

But for now, I'm afraid you'll have to stick to "My app".
