I had sent an email to DataMiner requesting the license 10 days ago, and I also attached the request.lic file in that mail. I followed up with a reminder as well, but I haven’t received any response so far.

Could someone from the community please advise on the next steps or help escalate this request? Any guidance would be appreciated.

I have got the response to install 5.0 version i tried to install but getting stuck at the license request i do not what to do ?
I have submitted another question for that can you have a look once?
