Documentation Wrapped 2025

Did you know Skyline's Technical Writing team is also called the "F1 team"? Press F1 on your keyboard and see why. Exactly: the help pops up! The F1 team is responsible for the DataMiner help, and while they maintain and shape that content, the documentation itself keeps growing thanks to a community that actively contributes ideas, feedback, and improvements. In that sense, the F1 team is bigger than the Technical Writing team alone. Let's look back on 2025 and celebrate everyone who keeps DataMiner Docs running at full speed.

Last year, more than 60,000 users visited docs.dataminer.services. In 2025, that number jumped to 79,000 active users, showing that people from all around the world are finding their way to the documentation.

Here are some other highlights from 2025:

More than 1,500 release notes were added to the release notes section this year. Plenty of updates to keep you in the loop on everything DataMiner!
In 2025, changes were made to almost 7,600 files, and more than 1,700 pull requests were merged.
Over 400 updates were made to the connector documentation.
A total of 224 unique contributors made at least one documentation contribution in 2025. That is 224 different people to thank for making the documentation what it is today. 👏
