If you dont have an acquisition and corporate network but just only one. Does setting up the reverse heartbeats still be usefull? or just have it with only the normal heartbeats to each agents?

Reading the Advanced Failover options i suspect that even with just one network it will benefit with the reverse heartbeats configured.

Hi Gerwin,

Having the inverted heartbeats is an extra advantage/protection, especially in the case that you have an automatic failover configuration. As it prevents both Agents from going online simultaneously when, for instance, a network switch between them is down.
