As stated in the Connector Documentation, the version of the Ateme Titan Live connector that you referenced added the following logic:

From the 'Encoding Services', 'TS Services' and 'Services' table, The Manage button can be clicked to open an interactive script to configure a service. This script is called Ateme_Titan_Live_Manage_Service and I do not believe it is currently available publicly. Please reach out to your Skyline contact if you'd like know more about the script and/or would like to acquire it.
